Should you decide you would like to return an in stock product bought from us you are welcome to do so up to 14 days from the date of purchase.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to Pacific Herbs & Grocery.
If you received a different product other than what you ordered or your order arrives incomplete or damaged, please email us within 5 business days after receiving your order.

- Unopened products returned in original, sealed packaging may be eligible for 100% credit returned.
- Refunds are for product costs only we are not able to refund shipping costs.
